UNDER CONSTRUCTION...

David Knowlton is a registered architect licensed in the State of Maryland specializing in single-family residential design.

He received a Master of Architecture degree in 1976 from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  

Relocating to New York City, he trained as a staff project architect in the offices of Robert Kliment & Frances Halsband Architects, and Gwathmey Siegel & Associates, Architects.  He received his architectural license in New York State in 1983, and his Maryland architectural license in 1985.

In Baltimore, David Knowlton has practiced residential design for over 30 years, often in collaboration with his wife, the architect Nancy Nes.   Their work includes new houses, additions & alterations, and renovations.
